If you have a specific product in mind that isn't listed on our online catalogue, or if you would like us to provide you with more suggestions, just send over your requirements or a brief of your goals via our "Contact Us" form, or email us directly at hello@createandco.store. We work with many customers who have unique requirements and our network of fulfilment partners and factories have an ever growing list of products, so we are more than happy to work closely with you to help you pick out the ideal product for your needs.

Once we've recieved your request, we will get back to you within 24-48 hours with an initial quote and guidelines on how to proceed, or with more information and an invitation to set up a consultation session if you need further guidance or have a custom request. We can provide free custom mockups so you can always preview your design before placing an order. You're free to make changes or adjust your order with us before giving us the go-ahead for production.

You can expect to receive a quote for your selected products within 24-48 hours. In addition to the quote, once we recieve your product brief and design concepts, we can also provide you with a design of your selected products featuring your artwork/logo and chosen colors. This way, you can visualize what your pack will look like.

Yes, you can! Whilst a majority of our corporate customers order products in bulk quantities, many of our products are available on-demand meaning you can personalise and order individual items - perfect for gifting or iof you want to test new ideas and decide between options.

We are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy about the quality of the products, reach out and we find a suitable solution (you can get a credit for a next order or we will reprint the damaged products). The warranty relating to products applies only to defects caused by faulty manufacture, construction or material. The warranty does not apply in the case of normal wear and tear and damage caused by accidents, modifications made to the product, negligence or incompetent use, as well as when the cause of the defect cannot be clearly determined. We are not responsible for errors made by the customer during product customization. Please review your order carefully before submission.
